The Anti-Pollution Solution is the name of the magic formula Papa Smurf created in the Smurfs cartoon show episode "The Incredible Shrinking Wizard", which he used to clean up the Smurf River and the muck pond outside Gargamel's house from the pollution accidentally created by Gargamel dumping his failed formulas and potions into the muck pond. However, the Anti-Pollution Solution was unable to restore Gargamel to his normal size when he started to shrink due to his ingestion of the mixed formulas and potions in the muck pond.
