Anti-magic is the ability to negate/mitigate the effects of magic. While usually outright destroyed, absorption or deflection could also be considered as anti-magic in some cases.
Empath: The Luckiest Smurf stories[]
In the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series, some sects of Templars have anti-magic abilities that can negate the use of magic by sorcerers. Tapper uses the power of God as a form of anti-magic against sorcerous spells cast against himself and/or his fellow Smurfs.
Aeon of the Champion[]
The human nation of Forgil banned arcane magic during the early years of its foundation, as the denizens of the kingdom grew weary of the problems caused by the imprudent use of the arcane arts. It was the only faction to outright ban magology, and the Praetorian Guard prosecuted mages/sorcerers that were found on sovereign soil. Anti-magic was common in building work, where gilite - a potent, crimson-coloured element that absorbed/nullified magic - was frequently used in government offices. When the Tripartite Council took over the kingdom in a coup d'etat in 15 AGY, anti-magic efforts were stepped up even more, though in a grossly hypocritical fashion as purges were conducted with the intention of centralising magic powers in the hands of the Council and its allies.
