British accents

This category features articles about characters and real-world persons with various types of British accents, not counting Irish accents, Scottish accents, or Welsh accents. See this page at TV Tropes for a list of accents. Generally it's assumed the character will speak in what's called Received Pronunciation (also called "the Queen's English" and "BBC English") unless it's clearly indicated what specific type of British accent it is.
