Dewey is a character who is part of the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series. He is the water sprite whom Scaredy Smurf encountered in the story "Bubble, Bubble, Smurfs In Trouble", who allowed Scaredy to borrow his magic wand for creating bubbles for a short while. Dewey's job is to spread dew onto plants with his magic wand, a job that he shares with his brothers Huey and Louie. Dewey was present at the wedding of Woody and Laconia as one of the guests.
