"Eye of the Storm" is the 15th episode of Season 2 in The Smurfs: Light and Dark. It is set to run between 21 - 25 minutes in length. It is also the thirty-fifth episode of the overall series.
Synopsis[]
After a busy Fall season, the winter is fast approaching and so is a special occasion: Falla's 15th birthday. Peewit and the Smurfs discuss party plans in secret with help from Clockwork and King Gerard, who have agreed to supply them with any necessary materials or people. In the hovel on the day of the celebration, Johan is strangely overcome by a desire to journey into the forest, and though he cannot explain this sensation, Scruple offers to cheer him up with a nice long walk before the snowfall arrives. As they wander, they cross paths with Peewit as he is returning to the castle and decide to follow him, having noticed the gift in his hands.
Is Falla's special day going to be ruined by these party crashers or will a miracle occur and make the occasion grander?

Trivia[]
- An update for the synopsis (and some plot points) were officially in motion as of mid-June, 2020, during a revitalized revision period. Character concept poses and designs were drafted in 2015, which can be viewed in Scruple, Johan, Falla, and Peewit's gallery pages, but it was not until five years later that one color mock-up was completed of Johan and Falla to test their pallets when on-screen together. The episode itself is still mostly unwritten at this time (July, 2021).
- This episode was originally titled, "Falla's Birthday," and was changed on July 24th, 2021. It is the last of the Season to receive this type of revision.
