Father Time is a character who is part of the HERO: The Guardian Smurf story series.
Background Information
He is the time guardian who lives in a workshop in the Smurf Forest, whose job is the control of time, although there are limits as to how much he can control time. His workshop holds various timepieces and items, one of which is a special backwards-running grandfather clock which ended up de-aging three adult Smurfs -- Nat, Snappy, and Slouchy -- into Smurflings.

He usually carries a scythe with which he can control the elements of time to a certain degree.

He is usually a very friendly being, but can get rather upset with someone meddling with his timepieces, especially when they don't know what they're doing.
