Flyro is a character who is part of the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series. He at first is recognized as a sentient computer program that operates the spaceship that has crash-landed in the Smurf Forest during the early part of "Where No Smurf Has Gone Before", which is able to transfer itself into a portable flying robot unit that resembles a metallic insect. It was Handy Smurf who suggested the name Flyro for the machine as an acronym for "flying robot".
