In the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series, Smurfette alternates between this and regular walking shoes. She particularly finds jumping to high places like her fellow Smurfs to be rather difficult while wearing heels, which is why Cobbler puts springs inside the heels. On Smurfette Island, very few of the Smurfettes wear heels as most of them find that particular type of shoe impractical for everyday use.

Within The Light and Dark Series, Moxette, Smurfette, and Clockette wear the same type of white heels. However, Clockette's heels were formerly wooden semicircular painted blocks, and then later were sculpted into geniune shoes out of iron. Moxette and Smurfette's heels are made of oak and covered with soft fabric.
The only human known at this time is Falla, who wears small 1-1/2" black heels at King Gerard's Grand Ball during the Season 1 Finale.

Smurfette began to wear a set of white high heels when she became a real Smurf as a result of the True Blue Spell. Wonder wears a set of golden high heels when she became a real Smurf through the Mirror of Opposition. As a Naughty, she wears the same type of heels, if not a shade lighter to match her hat.
Most of the Smurfettes would also wear high heels, the only difference being a different color.
Miracle would receive her own set of jewel-studded high heels with a golden ribbon on the front for her birthday.

In The Smurfs: Two Sides, Smurfette wears heels most of the time, and they're considered her signature shoes. Smurfclover and Vanity both wear heels in their Halloween costumes. Other than that, no other Smurfs wear heels, although Clockwork Smurfette's feet are designed in a way that resembles heels.
