Background Information[]
She is the daughter of Polaris Psyche and Sympathy Smurfette, who was given the name Libra after the constellation figure of the scales, with both parents agreeing that she is the perfect balance between Smurf and Psyche. She is very kind and gentle, but like her father is not very expressive with her emotions. She is good friends with her "cousin" Psycheliana, whom she envies for being a full Smurf. Hefty's son Buff finds Libra to be very attractive, while Libra herself finds Buff to be an interesting enigma for somebody she logically shouldn't be attracted to.
Libra possesses the same abilities of both her parents, which include telepathy and telekinesis. However, Libra uses them mostly for defense of herself and her allies, as she never considers herself a fighter.

She has half her hair being blonde and the other half being platinum blonde, and that her skin tone is a very light shade of blue.
