The Mirror Universe version of Natural (mostly called Nat) in the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series is part of the Smurflings from that particular universe. Unlike his normal universe counterpart, Mirror Universe Nat hates animals and actively works to torment them, much to the displeasure of his fellow adult Smurfs Tracker and Wild, who want to use the animals mostly for the ends of controlling the entire forest.
