Queen Galene is a character from the HERO: The Guardian Smurf story series.
Background Information
Galene is a mermaid who met Aquarius long before he became King of Atlantica, she was known for her majestic singing voice that during their courtship, Aquarius described it as being "the voice of angels that spans farther than the seven seas". Upon Aquarius' rise to the throne of Atlantica, she eventually married him and became Queen, and they later had a daughter, who they named Marina.
One day, she had to take care of her husband who had fallen ill, and she told her daughter to travel up the river Smurf to gather lilyroot from the Pool of Avalon but warned her of the Custodian.
She met the Smurfs after her daughter was saved by Handy Smurf after he found her floating unconscious downstream and kept her in an oxygenated water tank. The three were reunited in the Smurf Village after the cure was found, but she and Aquarius noticed their daughter had fallen in love with Handy. They knew deep down that a relationship between the two would never work as they both live in separate worlds.
Personality
She is friendly and approachable who is willing to give any advice if necessary. She is also the sort of being who isn't afraid to go out of her way to help her family and friends, even if it puts her in danger.
Appearance
She has a dark blue tail with light green skin, black eyes with long white eyelashes, long purple hair trailing off the back of her head. A tiara-like structure rests on her forehead, consisting of a line of pearls with a pink sea star at one corner and a thin, transparent gold fin extending back over her hair. Her hair is contained to a ponytail by two strings of pearls. There are two fins similar to the one on her crown on her body: one that drapes around her shoulders and chest, and one around her waist where her tail begins.

Her desired voice actress would be Jen Taylor, known for her roles as Cortana in the Halo video game series, Zoey in Left 4 Dead, Princess Peach, Toad & Toadette in various Mario games; and Lina, Windranger, Puck and Medusa in Dota 2.
