Sagratamabarb is a character that is part of the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series.
History[]
He appeared in the Smurf Forest at least one year before Empath's final return from Psychelia in order to contest the will regarding the property of Gargamel's castle, saying that it gives him permission to set up shop as a local sorcerer. Gargamel tore up the will and challenged his cousin to a duel to see who among them is the better wizard. While the two sorcerers fought against each other, Brainy and the Smurflings were watching and found themselves befriending Sagratamabarb, who offered his little visitors protection from Gargamel. To end the battle once and for all, Gargamel made a bargain with Beelzebub that if he could get rid of his cousin once and for all, he would belong to him forever. With one last spell that destroyed both Gargamel's castle and Sagratamabarb's, the latter decided that the forest really wasn't big enough for two sorcerers and chose to move on. However, Gargamel's victory would be short-lived as he found himself being taken to Tartarus by Beelzebub, where he would remain for an undisclosed amount of time.
