In the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series, Empath's daughter Psycheliana would wear a pink sleeper while Baby Smurf would occasionally wear a light blue sleeper. The baby Smurfs of Empath's generation as well as of the succeeding generation would mostly wear white sleepers.

In the HERO: The Guardian Smurf story series, Hero's first daughter through Wonder, Saviour, would wear a purple sleeper while his second daughter through Smurfette, Miracle, would wear a white sleeper. During his brief period as a baby Smurf, Hero would wear a yellow sleeper.
LD Stories[]
Within The Light and Dark Series, the only character who is currently found wearing a sleeper is Baby Smurf. Like his mainstream media counterpart, is it white and contains a square patch around his tail so that the older Smurfs may easily change his didey when needed.
