Tailor Smurf of Chayat (known mostly as Tailor) is a Smurf character who is a part of the Bioau story series.
History[]
Tailor Smurf was born the third child (and second son) of Studious Smurf and Seamstress Smurf. When he was five years old, the First Bzz Plague happened. Both of his parents died, and he was raised by his sisters. He followed in his sisters' and mother's paths of working with textiles.

Personality[]
Tailor Smurf is a no-nonsense sort of Smurf. He does his job, he likes his job, and he doesn't like when other Smurfs mess with him. He's generous and puts a lot of work into making others happy, sometimes at his own expense.
Tailor is rigid in his design choices, but a diligent worker nonetheless. He often makes sarcastic comments and often becomes tired of the shenanigans going on around him.
Relationships[]
- Weaver Smurf is Tailor's oldest sister, and they're very close.
- Spinner Smurf is Tailor's other older sister, and they care for each other, but are not very close.
- Brainy Smurf is Tailor's cousin. Brainy constantly goes to Tailor to ask Tailor to make extravagant and fancy clothes for him, which Tailor is tired of.
Role[]
Tailor has a very important role in the village, making clothes for all the Smurfs.
Appearance[]
Tailor is short and slightly slimmer than average. His skin is a mid-tone periwinkle, his hair is black and his eyes are hazel.
Tailor usually has a yellow tape measure draped around his neck like a scarf, a pincushion strapped to his upper right arm, and a few pins stuck in his hat.

- Tailor's last name, Chayat, comes from the Aramaic word חיט meaning "to sew." In modern Hebrew, חייט, with the same pronunciation, means "tailor."
- Tailor is intended to have a New York-Jewish accent, but no specific voice actor has been thought of yet.
