Liam "Tailor" Smurf is a Smurf character that is part of the HERO: The Guardian Smurf story series.
Background Information
He is the village's chief clothes maker who makes and repairs all the clothes that his fellow Smurfs and Smurfettes wear.
Personality
He is generally very friendly, but rather temperamental concerning his work. He tends to be a traditionalist who takes offense at the idea that a Smurf his age or younger should wear something other than normal white clothes, although at times, depending on which Smurf is asking him, he will make exceptions. The Smurflings in particular deride him for his lack of fashion sense, which is why they prefer making their own clothes rather than wearing the same old white clothes as most other adult Smurfs.
Role in the Village
Tailor has one of the important jobs in the village. He's the one who makes the clothes for all the Smurfs. He's also one of the busiest because he has to make new clothes for Baby Smurf, Smurfette, Wonder and later all the other Smurfettes. He is always seen working on something and rarely has time to do other favors.
Appearance
He wears the standard white Smurf hat and pants, he also has a small pin cushion on his left arm and he has a tape measure around his neck.
