Terrence Austin "Tuffy" Smurf is a Smurf character who is part of the Empath: The Luckiest Smurf series of stories.
Personality[]
He is identical to his cartoon show universe counterpart in that he admires Hefty to the point of wanting to emulate him, though his impulsive attitude of confronting danger usually gets his fellow Smurfs in trouble. Thus he acts as Hefty's id when he works with him and Duncan McSmurf.
Role[]
Tuffy in the story series works as a bouncer in Tapper's Tavern, using his skills to throw out any Smurf or guest within the tavern who gets out of control or starts a fight. Apparently working for Tapper has helped Tuffy control his impulsive behavior.
In the alternate timeline story "Hefty, The Luckiest Smurf", he and Duncan McSmurf were given the position of ushers at Hefty and Smurfette's wedding. In the main timeline, he and Hefty were ushers at Duncan and Brenda McSmurf's wedding, and was the bouncer for Grouchy and Broccoli's wedding.
In Sophia Smurfette's story "The Once And Smurfy King", Tuffy served as the assistant leader to Duncan as part of the rebellion that set up its base camp outside the Smurf Village.

Clothing And Appearance[]
Tuffy usually wears a leather belt around his waist. He also tends to have a more athletic build than most of his fellow Smurfs around his age, with slightly enhanced arm, leg, and body muscles.

His desired voice actor would be Sonny Strait, who is the voice of Krillin from the Funimation English dub of the Dragon Ball Z anime series.
